Lakes and Ledgers is a new company. We do not have decades of case studies or a wall full of client logos. We do not have a team of 50 people or a downtown office with a receptionist. What we do have is a licensed CPA with real accounting expertise, a genuine commitment to the businesses we work with, and deep roots right here in Minnesota.
When you reach out to Lakes and Ledgers, you are not going to get a call center, a chatbot, or a junior staff member reading from a script. You are going to talk to a CPA who built this firm because he wanted to do accounting work differently.
Being New Does Not Mean Starting From Scratch
It does not mean we’re new to accounting. The expertise that Lakes and Ledgers is built on is real, tested, and earned over years of doing this work. What is new is the firm itself, the name above the door, and the particular focus we have chosen to bring to it.
Lakes and Ledgers is based in the Twin Cities. We serve businesses in the Minneapolis and St. Paul metro area, and we have a genuine connection to this community. We are not a national platform that routes your account to whoever is available. We are neighbors.
What We Are Building
We are building something small on purpose. Lakes and Ledgers is not trying to become a regional firm with hundreds of clients and a big staff. We want to work with a focused group of businesses and do genuinely good work for each of them. That is the model. That is the goal.
